Leading Edge's plans for commercial release in 1996 were ruined when a non-Amiga company (Hudsonsoft) accused them of trying to pass the game off as one of their Bomberman clone products. Playable demos were featured on coverdisks of THE ONE (coverdisk A, July 95) and Amiga Format (Issue 78, Dec 95). The AF demo is available on Aminet (dir: game/demo/BlitzBombers.lha).
