 Licensed game based on the DC Comics and all-time bestselling superhero comic book character Superman (aka Kal-El), first published in 1938 and created by writer Jerry Siegel and artist Joe Shuster.
 Published initially by Tynesoft in Europe (incl. the UK) under license from First Star Software in early 1989, the European release was also distributed in Australia by Questor and sold across Australasia. Game was marketed/distributed in North America by First Star/Capstone about a year later in 1990, with the North American release also being sold in Australia alongside Tynesoft's Euro release.
 The European release of SUPERMAN included a free t-shirt offer that was available for the cost of p&p to UK customers only (see HERE).
