Notes:   [1] Developed by Silent Software in collaboration with Thalamus.

[2] Released initially in the U.S. by Epyx in 1989, the UK release by Thalamus was delayed until 1990.

TRIVIA: Originally released in Europe in 1987 for the C64 as QUEDEX (QUEst for Ultimate DEXterity), Thalamus dropped this name for the European 16-bit releases and adopted the U.S. alias MINDROLL. Presumably, this was due to the 16-bit conversions predominantly being handled by U.S. developers, whereas the original C64 release was coded solely in Europe.
