- Improved memory management resulting in more reliable loading of the game (on some Amigas the game would sometimes lock up after the main menu and/or while loading a level due to a shortage of chipram memory and memory fragmentation).
- Quit from the main menu saves the current status, and it now also fully resets the computer. Give it a few seconds after pressing "quit"!
- Additional optimisation of the game code eliminates the need for separate 040.library and 060.library. Everything is handled by the game code itself.
- Bugfix so that the game now works with Apollo accelerator boards.
 A full retail release of CAPITAL PUNISHMENT V1.1 (incl. the update patch on floppy) was published on 8 disks by clickBOOM/PXL (see HERE).
