[5] To play the game from disk, unpack the ACTION CAT (full release) game archive and follow the steps below:
- Copy each directory ('disk1', 'disk2') to a separate floppy disk.
- Name the first disk 'ActionCat 1' and the second disk 'ActionCat 2'.
- Copy the file 'mathtrans.lib' from the 'libs' folder of your hard drive or one of your Workbench disks to the 'libs' folder on the 'ActionCat 1' boot disk.

Once the intro sequence has finished and the main credits screen appears, press ‘F1’ to acess the options screen. Now press ‘F2’ to enter a password. Use the keyboard to type any of the following codes:
“7lives” ________________ Infinite lives
“zipzap” __________ More powerful weapon
“power me” ________________ Extra weapon
“supercat” _______________ Collision off
“hellgate” _________________ First level
“secret” __________________ Second level
Once you have entered a password, press ‘Space’ to return to the main screen and then press fire to start the game.
