Load the game and press the fire button to skip the title screen. Choose the language and get past the word from the manual copy protection. You should now be at the main menu with the following options:

1) PLAY THE GAME 2) SPIDEY TAKE 0 3) QUIT THE GAME

Using the joystick, move down to the second selection and click the fire button once. Now press ‘1’ or ‘2’ on the keyboard to start the game.

Whenever you start to lose health (indicated by the picture of Spiderman changing to a skeleton on the right hand side of the screen) you can press ‘HELP’ to restore all your energy.
