On the title screen, type "SCIENCEFICTION" for infinite everything.
Press the 'DEL' key to skip levels.

Another cheat may be "SANITYCLAUSISCOMINGTOTOWN".  This should give
you infinite lives.

For a bit of a laugh, leave Hawk standing somewhere and do not move
the joystick. After several seconds something funny will happen to
him!
