Notes:

[1] Game idea by Roman Werner and Ruedi Hugentobler. Coding by Roman Werner. Graphics by Roman Werner and Orlando Petermann; level design by Ruedi Hugentobler. Music/sound FX by Ruedi Hugentobler.

[2] Initially released in Germany in 1993 by Starbyte, the English version of TRAPS 'N' TREASURES was released several months later in 1994 by Krisalis.

[3] More information about the game can be found on coder Roman Werner's website, as well as level maps (including some that never made it into the final game).

TRIVIA: The game sequel REDBEARD'S REVENGE - mentioned in the end-game sequence and touted for a 1996 release by Starbyte - never materialised and wasn't announced in game review magazines following the release of TRAPS 'N' TREASURES, so probably never made it beyond the planning stage (if that).
