Main coding was done by Beast Busters veteran Henry Clark, whose 3D and horizontally scrolling routines were reused and improved. Recreating the graphics and sound were Keith Ross and Matt Simmonds respectively. The Images team used a video of the coin-op as reference, and paused the tape at the relevant spots before taking notes and recreating them. The game was developed primarily on the ST, with Henry using Devpac and Keith using OCP's Art Studio for the graphics.
