[1] Initially released in Europe/Australasia in 1987 by Euro Gold Starline, MISSION ELEVATOR was subsequently reissued in late 1988 by Axxiom in the UK and reLINE in the U.S. and elsewhere. The game was then re-released in 1991 in Europe on the Top Shots budget label.

[2] Distributed by Rushware in Germany, Ariolasoft and MicroProse in the UK, and Constellation Software in the U.S.
