[1] Game design by Simon Knight and Eric Matthews. Main coding by Steve Cargill; additional code by Mike Montgomery and Nick Pelling. Graphic design by Dan Malone; additional gfx by Herman Serrano. Music & sound FX by Richard Joseph; titlescreen music by Farook & Haroon Joi.

[2] According to coders Dan Malone and Mike Montgomery, the CHAOS ENGINE graphics were created for 32 colours and then reduced to 16 colours for the Atari ST version [Source: Personal communication from the coders, October 2012].

[3] The Chaos Engine is the first game that has been the lead development version on Amiga. All the previous Bitmap Brothers games were done on Atari ST as lead machine.
