[1] Licensed game based on the cult swords & sorcery character Conan the Cimmerian (aka Conan the Barbarian), who originally appeared in short stories in the 1920s/30s by Robert E. Howard and, following his death, by authors L. Sprague de Camp and Lin Carter.

[2] Original game design by Robert Clardy, Michael Branham and Robert Nendel. Amiga conversion by James David Walley; additional coding by Alan Clark and John Conley. Music composition by Christopher Barker.

[3] Original game contents include a giant A3 map of the in-game city of Shadizar, a short biography of Conan author Robert E. Howard in the game manual, and a "Get a Clue!" order form for a hints handbook from Virgin.

[4] Game features full multitasking (memory permitting), mouse/keyboard/joystick support, savegames and a quit back to WB option (from titlescreen only).
