[1] MR BEANBAG! was originally planned for commercial release by
Alten8/Retro-Soft in late 2005, but the publishing deal fell through after coder
Amy Worthington (Tricky) secured a new job causing development to run overtime. The final release is now expected to be freeware and should appear in 2011/12, although a boxed copy is being considered for sale direct from the developers if there is enough interest expressed by Amigans. [2] MR BEANBAG! is a
SONIC THE HEDGEHOG clone that was originally coded for the A500 in AMOS by
Amy Worthington (Tricky) back in the Amiga heyday. In early 2005 she rediscovered her passion for Amiga coding and began porting the game in AMOS to AGA machines, but decided to optimise the code by converting it into 100% ASM.
