The original intention was for Psygnosis to publish Turbo Tomato, but that changed to shareware-ish as time wore on and now the (almost completed) game is available on John Girvin's website. It should also appear on the coverdisk of a forthcoming issue of Amiga Future. Think of Turbo Tomato as Bomberman, but faster, with throwing bombs and mutant vegetables. Its Psycho Pigs UXB updated and features fast, non linear, multi-level, one or two player action, a host of special power-ups and enemies, big boss enemies, five separate sub games, special themed levels and - most importantly - lots of explosions, death, explosions, screaming death and death. The game is incomplete, but only just and is the latest version there is.
